Why is not Ramdev able to cure his own left eye opening completely by Yogas, which is partly open only?

If he is so great master of Yogas that he can cure all heart diseases, diabetes, dental problems, eye sights & cancers only by Yogas without using any medicine at all, why can't he cure his left eye himself ? He doesn't want to tell that all postures & methods of Yogas , every human being can't do & withstand. Muscle pulls, ruptures & breakage of white filaments holding red fibres of human flesh may break while doing Yoga exercises which creates severest pains taking weeks for recoveries to normal conditions for many, he doesn't say. One must not go for any treatment arbitrarily ONESELF, just by watching on TV without consulting a highly qualified & experienced specialist & a second opinion in serious problems is very necessary. Self curing is extremely risky & sometimes suicidal too. Why doesn't he tell these things if he is not a fraud ?
