Overdue! + no signs?! help?

i was due 2 days ago on the tuesday, and it's now the thursday evening, so 2 days overdue! i haven't really had any signs of labour.. i just get a pressure like feeling in my lower belly every now and again. ive never notice having BH or anything. it's really getting me down, cause i feel like it's never gonna happen and i just wanna meet my first baby:( can anyone help? or tell me if they have had the same.. do you have to have signs?! if so what? and if it's any conselation i also have type b strep! and have hospital a week after my due date to discuss induction! help!:(
